@estherschindler The smartest boss I ever had did weekly all-team meetings in a small room just before lunch, no table, no chairs, 30 minutes. You checked in briefly and moved on. Anything that needed more attention was noted for another more focused meeting.
Besides helping keep us all on the same page, the brief all-hands face time helped heal divisions and animosity between teams.
