people in town are constantly complaining about the Dunkin Donuts in the Mobil station (it's the only coffee shop in town). they cry about wait times mostly, because the place is vastly understaffed... 25 minutes to get an order in drive thru, etc.
why is it understaffed? they pay $8/hour. no one wants to work anymore, doncha know?

@redenigma Sounds like the owner's got the prices just right. People complain and wait, they don't give up and go away. He doesn't have to pay them to complain and wait, they do that for free.
