Long-put-off painting project started, bright and early at 2pm. Got one coat on, cleaned up, that's all for today. Beverage imbibed: juice of one whole lime, dollop of orange liqueur, shot of Old Soldier whiskey, mix over ice. Must think about dinner but the mind rebels.

How was yours?
@GrumpyWolf Rice fusilli with sautéed mushrooms, Italian sweet peppers, garlic, and grated parmesan, with a Washington cabernet because it was open. Credit goes to my spouse -- she did the thinking, pasta, and prep, I just sautéed.

But the dinner is rice pilaf and kielbasa, because that's all my mind can muster with the beer I've imbued into my form.
