I really hope Warnock wins. But I also wish he'd stop texting me. Is texting people EVERY DAY for money really a good campaign strategy?

@LaurelGreen My niece is trans, and when my mother (her grandmother) passed, the obit had my niece's correct name, and she was SO happily stunned when she saw it. Especially after I told her that father told the undertaker her new name for the obit. (He didn't sound comfortable saying it, but he said it.)

You see white teenagers being loud and irritating on the train, and you think "<sigh> Teenagers."

You see black teenagers being loud and irritating on the train, and you think "<sigh> Black kids."

You automatically attribute the second one to race, when it's the same behavior in both cases.
