@Idrake FWIW *I* am proud. It's one of the most difficult things we ever have to face.
@stueytheround thanks buddy. It was a hard day, but we made it through it. I am aware that feelings arent done yet.
There is going to be time ahead where the emptyness is going to be bad. It will get worse before it gets better, so I have been warned.
I will lean on friends and family much and make sure I accept the help
@Idrake You're doing it about as right as it can be done. It's rough and it comes in waves. At first the waves are just unridable. Way too big. But we get better at it, and over time, those same waves which pulled us under begin to drive us forward instead.
It doesn't get easier, we get more skilled ❤️
Yeah, it is getting easier. There are still moments when I just dont want to deal and do things. Like with everyone's desire to lay claim to dad's things. That is one thing really putting me off right now. I will get past it though.
