Today is a struggle, so much planning and effort has been out into today and I dont want to go through it.
I hope I can shake off these feelings and get to a better spot soon before family starts showing up.
@Idrake l know the feeling. I hope you can get past the begining bits, to where it starts getting better
Is there anything that works as a reset button for you? A walk? Some music?🌞

@KarenSohne Time. Not having 101 things to do for other people. Not having to be the one who decides which family member gets dibs on my dad's stuff. Those are the big things right now. I am so over the pilfering being done by family. I am about ready to tell eveyone no more, fuck off, go away.
But I am emotional today, so I wont be doing that.
@Idrake lt does indeed sound awful, it also sounds like you're facing it alone. I hope that maybe some of it is done with at this point in the day, try to get something to eat and some rest. Maybe there will be less mess tomorrow?
