I've managed twenty three thousand steps today, down from yesterday's total. However, not only is my leg on fire on the inside, but my back is now refusing to straighten up properly too. I'm sort of twisted and slumped in order to get the pain to stop. I feel this is not sustainable. Doctor's visit is on Tuesday, if I live that long.
