*deep breath*
The stress if this week and the fact my "fuck bucket" is empty has made my over pressure release valve trip.
But I do need to borrow a fuck or two, to make it through the week.
I have extra to give away.

The CIO reported an outage with a website to the director. The director was off today and didnt forward the email until 4pm (quitting time)
The root cause was someone not putting in a firewall rule THAT WE TOLD THEM TO PUT IN ON MONDAY DURING THE ENTIRE TEAM CALL WHEN WE SAID THIS WAS A PROBLEM!!
That used my very last fuck, and I thank you for loaning it.

Well if you look at the email with the screen shot that says it is trying to reach the exchange node on port 25 along with the test-networkconnection i ran that clearly shows TCP to that fails, you might conclude as I have that you didn put in the right ACL on the FTD...
So go IT and fix this!!
