CAPRESE GARLIC BREAD

1 loaf ciabatta bread
4 tablespoons salted butter
3 cloves garlic minced
12 oz fresh mozzarella sliced
1/2 cup balsalmic glaze
2 medium tomatoes
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil

@InvaderGzim honestly i have tried it the original recipe way with slices of tomato.. and that tastes better!

The pico de galo, looks better, but i was underwhelmed with the lack of taste. Also learned dont slice the mozz too thin, I did, and that also impacted the overall result.

This is a dish I am testing in prep for a special dinner I am hosting for my elderly parents, and the effort to get is right and perfect is high!
