Cheeseburger deviled egg. Panko breaded deep fried egg, the top made with your normal deviled egg stuff, but added beef, carmalized onions, dill pickle, topped with cheese and potato chip crumble.
@BIFC67 that is me tomorrow after a few of those, home made jalapeños poppers, and deep fried brie cheese cubes!

@BIFC67 Sunday will be "recovery day" from all the drinking I will have done with family all day Saturday. Have family coming over and spending the night, good reason to cook a big meal and put in the extra effort.
Got to find the chances in life to celebrate and have fun when you can. We only have so many years to live.
