How many times would a vendor have to email you in plain text, a password to an admin level service account, before you lost your temper and yelled at them?

I was nice about it the first two times, now I am making waves! Un-effing-believable!!!

@Idrake I am convinced that until the IT security world starts representing all potential security risks like this in large negative dollar amounts, business is going to keep ignoring this kind of thing much to the user's detriment. Sadly it's the only metric they really care about, it seems.

I did that in a diplomatic professional sense of course! 😀
