So here I am in the woods hoping to see a deer to murder, when I hear leaves rustling for like 20 minutes. I had been making calls all morning, and thought that one finally got curious enough to check it out.

Turns out it was a flock of turkeys, and they came within 20 feet of me. Season's over for shooting them, but it was a cool experience to sit there in my ghillie suit, and whole they knew I was something, they seemed me not a threat, and eventually all 18 went on their merry way.

It's addictive, like a drug, and likewise created for profit.
