Imma just go ahead and say it. Therapy ain't the answer to everything and I think therapy is the new college.

@Nerdsleaze it's not. It's one of many tools that should be used together.
Just like how meds alone won't work for some people.
But you gotta have a patient and prescriber who are both mature enough to pay attention to what works for the patient and what doesn't.
