i get more encouragement out of the community on here than i ever did out of my exes, who would install Linux on my systems and toss them down in front of me and go, "here".

like what? i have too many chores to do to be able to just devote a 12 hour span of my day into that rabbithole. and it's not like they planned on cleaning the house on those days. :/

so really, i get more enjoyable moments from being sucked into Excel sheets and dancing around those. slowly learning about networking with my home items and what that could be. also devoted myself to security bc someone was stalking my messages for several months. yes, an ex. no, he was not safe. i just didn't realize it at the time. :/

@invisiblecatmom if Twitter gets online again long enough for you to be able to read it - @SwiftOnSecurity on Twitter is a great follow, especially for the types of things you are talking about here.

In that thread she talks about building a home lab to hone your skills using second (and 3rd) hand enterprise parts from eBay.

@invisiblecatmom also, I'd recommend reading some of Natayla Antonova's posts on geolocation and how easy it is to find someone based on pictures posted online if you aren't being mindful.

She doesn't as much since the Ukraine invasion but she still has good content.

Check out Natalia Antonova 🇺🇸🇺🇦 on Twitter.
