Remember in the state of Utah there is no statue of limitations, but in the the state Louisiana, the victim has 30 years from when they turned 18.
Being that he impregnated Gloria Bell when she was 12 and she gave birth at age 13 (1984) there are still some more years where justice should happen.
Being a hall of famer in a sport doesn't put you above the law.
