I did not watch the BK interview, but he was very precise and specific about what he has never done. "I've never sexually assaulted anyone..."
Remember "It depends on what the definition of the word 'is' is." I guess now it depends on what the definition of the words 'sexual assault' are.
The phrase is very specific and has different legal definitions from state to state. I don't know what the laws were back then, but today they are:

@Hippie_Ki_Yay I did watch, and I was thinking the EXACT same thing. There are also some oddities with how he answers near the end, where he repeats very careful phrases, but refuses to say anything off script.
