As of right now. THe New York Times has not reported that Nikki Haley has won the GOP primary in DC with 19 Delegates
but top politics story at the NYT is "Biden is old" and "Trump wins in our fake poll"
NYT isn't even hiding their bias now and needs to pull up their pants
Papers? None. But News Outlets there are several. Associated Press, Reuters, (most of the time) NPR, etc.
@Tarnagh @Heucuva8 @Kinnison I keep seeing Teen Vogue articles that impress, too. I'm afraid to draw too much attention, lest the hissing hordes notice someone's teaching civics to kids.
Old former Republicans send me stuff from ProPublica from time to time. So I feel like they're doing something useful. I feel like they're biased, but it's a bias that I share.
@AskTheDevil @Heucuva8 @Kinnison
Yeah, I acknowledge Pro Publica's bias, but they do also seem to make an actual effort to do real investigative journalism. At least, the articles I've read seem to indicate that.
I too keep quiet about Teen Vogue, but it seems the conservatives are aware of them anyhow.
There's a *whole* lot of pearl clutching here:

Mother Jones is good for longer investigative pieces...but stay away from their blogs, which are super rage-baity trash. They are open about being left-leaning but still do strong work.
I've also had personal experiences with their reporters a couple of times. They both stepped back from the big names at events, and came to talk to the nobodies doing the work behind the scenes.
@tyghebright @Tarnagh @Heucuva8 @Kinnison I'd kind of given up on them a while back. I may give them another chance.
@AskTheDevil @Tarnagh @Heucuva8 @Kinnison
I did too, until I realized they clearly have two separate editorial sections.
The blogs and opinion pieces are really awful, and probably a big driver for traffic... but the investigative journalism remains generally strong.
@tyghebright @Tarnagh @Heucuva8 @Kinnison I'm not sure I can trust investigative journalism when the opinions of the editors and contributors are awful.
It's tempting to lean towards biases we share, but I'm always worried such places, like elsewhere, will just tell me what I want to hear, not what I need to know.
@AskTheDevil @Tarnagh @Heucuva8 @Kinnison
The editors for the blog segments (where the awful opinions are) seem to be completely separate from the journalistic portion of Mother Jones.
Here are some examples of good journalism from them:

I think well of The Atlantic most of the time. Pro Publica seems decent.
And when they bother to do actual journalism, so help me, Teen Vogue is also pretty darn good.
