#recipes Deflate dough, turn out on lightly floured surface. Divide into equal pieces to form loaves (two 9x5 loaves, three 8x4 loaves). Place in lightly greased loaf tins, cover, let rise til doubled, ~40 mins.

Preheat oven to 425*F. Put loaves in oven, immediately turn heat down to 375*F. Bake 30 minutes.

Place on rack to cool before packaging, 1 hour or more.

Store in ziplock in fridge up to 1 month. Shelf stable 3-5 days. Freezer stable up to 6 months. (2/2)

1 Tbsp yeast (2, 0.25 oz packets)
3 Tbsp white sugar
2.5 Cups warm water
5 Tbsp salted butter
1 tsp salt
6.5 Cups all purpose flour

Proof yeast, stir in butter, salt, 2 cups flour. Mix. Stir in remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time, beating well w/ea. addition. When dough pulls together, turn out on lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth & elastic, ~8 mins.

Grease large bowl, place dough in & turn to coat dough. Rise ~1 hour covered til doubled. (1/2)

The thing CoSo has about privacy & security? It means that CoSo also strips out the orientation data when it cleans out your EXIF/location info from the upload. Phones tend to include orientation data in the EXIF.

If you just make a simple edit before upload, like cropping or color shifting, maybe a single pixel dot somewhere, you can upload and see it oriented how you like.

This picture has hung in a local casino for decade. All the other pics in the place are celebrities: Paul Newman, Elvis, Gary Cooper, etc....I am still yet to identify who the person in the pic is and it is driving me nuts.

Remember, the answer to car-dependant “retail sprawl” can’t just be green tech on buildings in the fundamentally wrong place — & “electric cars” isn’t the answer either. Rethink the land-use, mobility, the whole thing. Otherwise you’re just doing the wrong things better.
