The amount of frosting exceeded my Kitchenaid mixer capacity, so I had to tag in my spouse for stirring duties. I think he did an excellent job.

1lb of unsalted butter.
32oz of cream cheese.
Juice and zest of one large lemon.
3tsp lemon extract.
Some yellow food coloring.

13 cups of powdered sugar.

Stuffing and Turkey don't have a recipe. We've been making them for so long that it's more of a vibe. This is roughly 1/5 of the stuffing we made. Didn't get a picture of the turkey.

I felt like making desserts today, so in addition to the Everlasting Syllabub, I also made a strawberry whipped cream jello pie in a Graham cracker crust. I layered strawberries on the bottom and in the middle of the pie. It's setting up in the fridge now. πŸ˜‹

Current activity: cutting lengths of wire to secure the rabbit/deer fencing. It's pretty meditative work.
