@BillieBun we initially had them for our dogs, then during the fires a few years ago we placed several around the property for wildlife. Once we saw how much they were used by everyone (deer, raccoons, birds, voles, possums, etc..) we decided to leave them out. We change the water everyday. I'm hoping to get them automated this year.

@Hettivong That would be great. Once you get a working system going, will you tell us about it? I've been considering doing that. @BillieBun

@Lindy @Hettivong I don't have a pool, but I hang my yard hose over the birdbath. It runs a thin little stream most of the day ( and sometimes night if I forget). Birds and squirrels use it every day, and raccoons the summer before last. Scrub it out every couple of days. If I don't have it on in the morning, there will be a crowd of birds waiting in the trees.
