But producing kids in a lab brings to mind these terrible scenarios like 1984 where the benefits of mother care unavailable! I will never see it (too old) and I am glad, it would be a nightmare!

The poorest countries still produce more births of kids who will grow up with deficient services and care, while rich nations are selfishly enjoying the wealth and abundance of their resources!
Yes, Nature has a cruel way of eliminating people through catastrophes like flooding, earthquakes, forest fires, plagues, etc..
It would be extremely cruel to deny those in need access to healthcare and food!
@ECNC Yes, that would be ideal, but how do you convince the numerous group who not only don't want kids, they refuse to get married! They are (selfishly) enjoying their jobs, their vacations, their sexual life, their comfort, and their privacy!
Kids would only mess up their wonderful way of living!

But with more and more women entering the work force, modern youth is reluctant to be tied down by the need to raise kids!
Eventually, of course, there are more deaths than births and populations will slowly shrink in numbers till complete extinction!

Since Gorbachev put an end to the Cold War, a group of Soviet hardliners, including Putin, gathered to examine ways in which they could reestablish their fallen 'empire'.
Putin, as the former KGB officer, and leader of the ex-Soviet group, is simply trying to annex, but brute force or otherwise, the former territories.
Belarus is a clear example of a staunch ally that ceded its independence without firing a shot.
It is therefore imperative that NATO stop him!

Yes, Trump leads among Republicans, even though there is a profound division among them as many feel he should go to prison!
Overall, including both parties and Independents, these will likely decide the election, the sentiment against Trump seems to prevent him from reaching the White House again!
We don't want to even imagine him becoming President for a second time!
