@SimplyZippy @Airborne_Frog @amarand If they can't prove pre-meditation and/or that her actions were knowing and intentional, this is really all they can get her on, but she was clearly grossly negligent AND she did nothing to try and help him after she shot him. All she did was panic and text other people for help FOR HERSELF (except she did call 911).
