@Airborne_Frog @H3athers @amarand I may be off base and IANAL, but it seems Involuntary manslaughter would be appropriate.
@SimplyZippy @Airborne_Frog @amarand If they can't prove pre-meditation and/or that her actions were knowing and intentional, this is really all they can get her on, but she was clearly grossly negligent AND she did nothing to try and help him after she shot him. All she did was panic and text other people for help FOR HERSELF (except she did call 911).
@amarand @Airborne_Frog when she gets off (and she will), his family needs to sue her for every dollar she earns for the rest of her life.
