Here's the thing about qualifications for office: They don't need to be checked by a court case. They're just based on facts.

If you run for President and you're under 35, we don't need a court to tell us you're not qualified. That's part of the text of the Constitution. All we need to do is check your birthdate.

If you've completed 2 terms and try to run again, we don't need a court case to say you're not qualified. It just follows from the fact.

And if you participated in an insurrection, there's no room for debate over whether it was a little insurrection or a big one, whether you conspired to manage the whole thing or just had a little part in it. The Constitution says if you took part, you're disqualified. Nobody needs to take you to court to prove that.

@DavidSalo Wondering if someone will take the lead in implementation of this; I've heard some states are voting? /discussing? to keep him off state ballots. Will the Government rule on this, or will the majority of individual states come to a consensus that will decide?
