Since I'm restricted due to my injury, I spent some time today chatting w/folks in the campground. I noticed a woman sitting quietly alone in a common area near the firepit. She accepted my ask to join her.
Long story short, this woman's conversation concerns me. I picked up on clues she may be harboring pain from a domestic situation. I tuned in, listened intently but carefully, leaving the door open for her to remain in touch confidentially if need be.
Respectfully, I'll be vigilant.

TY, was a twisted knee as I caught my fall on a trail. It's slowing me down a bit but showing signs of healing. I'm for certain it won't get the best of me and my hikes will continue in the short term.
