It's 2021. Rah rah sis boom bah; ugh; so far, 2020 seemed(to me) mild in comparison. We're only 9 days in & already so much going on!
I just have this🤔growing/nagging/unsettling fear I've never had so strongly before
Fear of? Everything, it seems. Fear of leaving the🏠, fear of COVID, fear of shots heard in the night, fear of White men w/long beards, fear of Black men w/masks, fear of jobless people robbing me, fear of needing🩺calling 9-1-1 & told🏨full/can't help...

*hugs* Remember, your fear is just doing its job, working very hard to warn you of potential danger. Don't let it overwork itself, though, or try to micromanage the poor dear by hovering over it. Give it a hug and let it head into the break room for some soda and chips.
@misterfive It'll only go in there for chocolate & cookies😁Yeah, I do take heed & have re-focus breaks. My current thing to concentrate on instead of news & SM is, learning to recognize/sound out Russian letters & simple words. I'm better at that(so far) than the Muslim alphabet(can pick out some written letters & phrases) I also decided to learn. Oh, & started listening to English/Muslim Qur'an to sleep by. The sing-song cadence does wonders for💤!
Gotta learn new stuff to ignore the old mess
