Off to PT in a bit; ugh; more pain! Sheesh; I swear this woman wants me immobile afterwards; sheer torture; weights, bike, stairs, boards, bed excercises, &balance balls; ouchie to all!😂 Then more pain pills after. Must focus brain😝😂
