Ran into my sexy muscle-gay neighbor. Told him I was moving in January. Turns out he's thinking of moving to Portland--and working to arrange his life to leave the country if needed.
We both know MANY people who are leaving Texas. Honestly, it's wild. For many years, the queer and trans people, and many of the women, I know have talked about leaving--and now, they're doing it.
I'm practically a recluse, and I personally know 7 people/families who are leaving Texas, two who are leaving the US.
