Miami Herald: Florida deviated from standard practices for key report regarding transgender care
tldr; They stacked the deck with anti-#transgender "experts" who were paid 5 figures for their testimony.
A lot of mid-level courts are still good... but anything that gets pushed to the Supreme Court... I just hope it doesn't.
@Graci And this is why they will keep losing in courts -- at least those courts that are willing to put the rule of law above their own personal politics.
Sadly, I'm scared that's fewer and fewer courts :(
