Step One: slow cook a base of celery, onions, and homemade chicken stock for several hours.
Step Two: add in mixed veggies (peas, corn, various beans) and garlic and slow cook overnight.
Step Three: add in shredded baked chicken, diced tomato, salt and other seasonings and slow cook for several more hours.
