In honor of National BBQ Day, the #QuestionOfTheDay is: beef, chicken, or pork?
And the results are in from yesterday's poll of favorite BBQ meats:
50% Pork
28% Beef
22% Chicken
Which means, of course, that the 28% who answered beef were the only ones who answered correctly. 😁

@LnzyHou I have lived in the South since 1975. And I still prefer beef.
I also don't like iced tea. I'm a rebel.

@MidnightRider @LnzyHou I have nothing against salmon, mind you. I eat it a lot. I like to grill it and serve with a fresh mango salsa as a recent example.
But it’s not BBQ. Period.
Oh that salsa…after 7 yrs on St Croix with literally 75+ varieties of mango 🥭, I adore anything mango! Looks delish.

Loved it. But living in the Caribbean is not for everyone. Either you adjust to being a white minority or you will never understand its magic.
The West Indian culture is amazing.
