In honor of National Cheese Lovers Day, the is simple: What is your favorite ?

For me, I have aways liked a nice smoked gouda. That said, I usually have at least half a dozen (or more) types of cheeses in my kitchen at any given time.

@GaryPoole Picking a favorite cheese is like asking to pick a favorite child. This isn't fancy but I'm going to pick cojack because it's two cheeses in one and is great for so many uses.
