One of my favorites is apple pie with a slice of cheddar cheese melted on top.

Years ago I worked for a restaurant chain well-known for their pie selection. I had never heard of anyone doing that until I worked there. I’m not a fan of cheddar, so I’ve never tried it. There were people who would pour 1/2 & 1/2 on their blueberry and strawberry rhubarb pies, too.

@JLordanKelly To this day, when I mention apple pie with cheddar, at least half of my friends look at me like I'm insane.
Of course, half of my friends look at me that way the rest of time, too. 😂
