Good evening #CoSo! Been very disciplined for a while regarding eating healthier so i decided to treat myself to breakfast for dinner. A toasted Everything bagel with lox & cream cheese. Yum! Haven't had that in 6+ months & wanted to relax my restrictions this weekend. Good news is lox has Omega 3's😁
