Physical blood work has come back normal and cholesterol is good. Now I just have to stay on track with the diet and exercise. Tomorrow is Friday!! Tonight it's time for wine and a book. ok ok I'm up. Let the day begin. The new mattress is amazing. I actually slept better than the SO and we bought it for the SO. Physical is this morning and my face looks like someone punched me in both eyes because I need more sleep and less water retention. Oh hell I forgot to wish the SO a happy birthday. @Brandy I have to agree with Will. I don't think I can pick just one. Zinnias because of their colors. Bougainvilleas because they remind me if France. And poppy flowers just because.

@dauphin87 I'm doing well with naps on the extra firm couch cushion we got for our outdoor furniture so I'm hopeful. The mattress we replaced was 9 years old, so it was time.

The new mattress arrived a day early. I can't wait to test it out tonight!! Either I'll love it or it'll try to kill me. Extra firm mattresses aren't supposed to be good for someone my size, but my back pain says it's time for a change.

I spent quite a bit of time trying to figure this out today so I'm going to share and you can ignore me...I *think* you have to use the fully mobilized skin friction to calculate the downdrag force on a drilled shaft, even for the service limit state condition where we do not necessarily consider the skin friction to fully mobilize. @cassandra17lina I mean a mythological monster that bites people's heads off....sounds very old testament. I am not a Christian but I was raised methodist and I feel like we were the least fervently religious members of my family (the rest of my family is catholic and baptist).
