It was amazing to me that there were always fossilized remains of soap bars or empty liquid soap dispensers in public facilities.

All of the sinks in our house are outfitted with foaming soap dispensers. When the supply chain went south and I couldn't buy the product in stores, I learned how to make my refills. The scent doesn't match the picture on the dispenser. Don't care. 😎

Hopefully, the “pandemic” improvement to personal hygiene of handwashing is continuing. If foaming handsoap can make it easier, you can refill one of those containers with “make your own” with Ivory dishsoap, water, and a few drops of essential oil or vanilla.
