Welp, frozen pipe upstairs, comes a warmer day, it leaks across the bathroom floor, down the wall to kitchen, and basement. I'm not there. I don't know why I didn't think to simply shut off the water upstairs in case. I did turn the heat up in the house when I heard the cold snap was coming. /sigh

She's a 24 ft Whaler, the Captain Morgan, and her Captain's the blonde. It's a sweet ride.

DNR boys hung out with us for a while in the mangrove cay shallows. It was kind of windy and rough so we hung out protected from the winds. Took a short swim to chase my hat and cleaned the sides of the boat, had breakfast snacks and good times. No whales. 🐳 That would have been a long rough ride out to them.

Morning chilly 'nauts. Hope you are all well, with no broken/frozen pipes nor heating sources. I hate to rub it in, but it's 73°f 🌞at 0730 here, and I'm going out boating and maybe seeing some whales 🐳 if I can persuade the captain to go a bit farther out than she's planning. 😉

Hmmh, missed it all. Now, elephants on a turtle, yes, but I missed the whales in trek, who, and 'scape. Will have to revisit.

It's been a pain in the ass but I've worn round or oval glasses almost my entire life. Oval because I couldn't find round. It's also nearly impossible to find cable temples anymore. I have replaced them with wire retainers that clip on to the temples with rubber condoms.
