How to breakfast on a gray rainy morning. Krusteaz w/oats and flax and cranberries topped with Sunnyside farm fresh eggs from a friend's chik-chiks.
Good morning my friends. End of coffee, time for dog-ball. And I have to go move a bunch of silent auction stuff to our annual county Dem gala.
We have some nice stuff donated and you can bid here if you wish. (At least I think this will work).
My favorite Puerto Rican coffee, so far. Since Maria decimated the coffee plantations in Puerto Rico most coffee is imported and then processed in Puerto Rico. They have replanted much of their plantations but it takes three or four years to come to maturity only recently are small harvests taking place. One such coffee plantation I visited was El Gran Batey. Like most, a family business squeaking by on tourist visits who buy a couple pounds of true PR coffee at a time as I did.
