So I'm 68 and a half. If I wait until I'm 70 I get another $150 a month or so on social security. Wondering how fast the new administration can fuck me over, and if I should start taking it in the next 60 days.
@FireMonkey I would say apply now. As workers start fleeing the SS offices, it'll probably take quite a long time for your application to get processed.
My understanding is that its calculated to let you collect the same total amount by age 90 whether you start early or wait. But yes with the GQP in the equation better to start before it gets privatized to death.
