Why would TFG think that rising sea levels would equate to "more oceanfront property"?
The amount of coastline you have depends on a lot of factors, including the shape and indentation of the coast, but all other things being equal, the higher the sea level, the less shoreline you have–and eventually you have none at all. That's basic geometry.

But who could you sell it to?
I'm not sure that when people invest in an ocean view that they're thinking of seeing the rotting roofs of all the houses that used to be on the shore stretching a mile out to sea.
