kiddo found this house. it's not awful (not great either), it's relatively inexpensive, in the right area, & doesn't flood... it would need a good smudging (note the thin blue line flag, among other things). feel free to be opinionated about it

Looks darn nice! If you say that price is good for that area, I don't see anything horrible. But get inspections. It's a 100+ year-old house. And I don't have much good to say about inspectors. But if they see anything then you get an electrician to look at electricity. A carpenter to look at carpentry a plumber to look at plumbing, etc. Inspectors also cover their ass a lot. So don't think it's going to be comprehensive necessarily.
