@Resister_Grandma @FireMonkey I loved what Joe said tonight. It brought my spirits up. But no one gives a speech like #44. Obama could read me the phone book and I would love it!!

True dat. Joe had a bigger hill to climb - the politics, the lifetime stutter, the expectations -- just hoping he'd be OK. The need for this speech to be outstanding in the current politics elevated it. Obama could pull it off eyes closed. Joe had to work at it -- and knocked it out of the park.
