Details please. Looking at same here. So far three installers, none of which I'm happy with. I seem to know more about it than they. Opinions vary from impossible here to extremely expensive here (front range) and I know that just ain't so.

I decided on the type of cassette I wanted in the rooms, then researched the different manufacturers to see what models are available with what options.
From there, the mfr site had a contact form that sent the request to local providers of their product.
Then it was talking and quoting before final decision.
