This is labeled Touch the Clouds but it sure looks like Spotted Elk. One set of family members say he was his brother, but Jasper said he was his first cousin. more research is needed since there isn't any probate record I have seen yet.
he looks a bit short here to be Touch the Clouds. either that or his wife is tall.
At any rate, they were family and related to Crazy Horse, as well.
