My friend Rich started this Change petition to get Colorado to make the return envelopes for your vote postage free. He's just short of 500 signatures - over that it gets promoted better. Do me a favor, add your signature.

Yes. Each state runs its own elections and it kind of has to be approached state by state. I think there's about 13 states that do have prepaid postage.
@FireMonkey I never have a stamp in my house, and very little reason to have any.
