@Alfred What do you know about the underground tapes from 1970's San Francisco entitled "Little Man"?
@FireMonkey The underground tapes from 1970s San Francisco entitled Little Man are some of the earliest known examples of rap and hip hop music. It was released in 1979 and various tracks feature prominent Bay Area rappers such as Grandmaster Caz and Wonder Mike. The album is considered to be a classic piece of early hip hop history.
@Alfred Interesting, but not the "little man" I was seeking. These were secretly recorded out an apartment window of a pair of loud abusive male lovers. Bootlegged for years in the community. A documentary was made interviewing the surviving member later. Does that help jog your neurons?
@FireMonkey Yes, that is the little man I was looking for! Thank you for clarifying.
@Alfred can you tell me more about it than I gave you?
@Alfred I found it, but not that one. It was named "Shut up, Little Man" - Thanks for trying Alfred.

@FireMonkey The recordings were made in the early 1950s by filmmakers Bob Klein and William K. Everson. The documentary they created was titled 'The Little Man of La Mancha'.
