They will learn the hard way. It will be very difficult to feel or show any sympathy to Trump voters, much less kindness and camaraderie.
I sure hope as a whole we all get through this minimally beaten down.

My husband is at the top of the stairs. I am proud and encouraged when I think of the ability the ancestors had to survive and thrive in a very wild and oppressive situation. They had a strong faith and kept standing on that faith. I'm planning to do the same in this crazy time. Stay focused.

@northernbassist I love that album. I was dismayed to read Joe Zawinul had kinda trashed talked it like it was a highschool band effort. Toots Thielman's harmonica playing is just soaringly beautiful on Three Views, and the arrangement kicks ass...

@Y2cake I thought I was the only one who liked licorice - the real McCoy. Callard and Bowser went outta bidness, and I haven't found a suitable alternative.
@Minholkin I think it is exploitative, especially so of our collective PTSD from the '16 election. We have learned to have deep distrust of our fellow voters and disdain for their gullibility, and that is probably the largest reason media is successful in dictating the narrative. We cannot shake our heads anymore in disbelief of how we got here. We must join, vote and trust that sanity - and law - will prevail.
