Can you say more about the “disability & chronic illness” threshold?
For example, if I’m somewhat disabled on a day to day basis, but have no official (Medicaid) designation, does that “count”?

You mentioned my name up there in chronic peeps. I think I do if you'll have me. I don't have a formal diagnosis of any actual disability known to the medical profession, just a bunch of aches & pains & definitely a pain in the keester. I have, finally in old age learned to keep my trap shut (most of the time).
