The arrest of Vem Miller for an apparent plot to assassinate Trump takes us down a grim rabbit hole involving sovereign citizens/Birchers/paper-platers, Infowars, and more conspiratorial nonsense. Sorry for the Xitter link but that's where you find this stuff:
For those not interested in following a link to the Xitter Here's David Pakman covering the same episode of Infowars with Alex Jones and Ivan Raiklin envisioning the cascade of destabilization a #Trump assassination would lead to. It has been pointed out, and I'll look for a link, that Raiklin and Miller are former podcast partners, so this isn't merely unassociated speculation.
Oops, orphaned the link I found editing the previous post. Again, here's Vem Miller interviewing Ivan Raiklin: https://x.com/beyerstein/status/1845571742137508230
And a direct link to that loooong discussion: https://www.youtube.com/live/ul6Q54UDQy0?si=tI_7ZHpcsMUa7Ngw
@Fellixe in an unregistered (and almost certainly uninsured) vehicle with home-made licenses plates.
@MookyTroubadour This is why I call sovereign citizen types "paper-platers". Thinking they can bring out the crayons and create their own vehicle registration is just one of their many charms
@Fellixe They are absolutely abandoning him like I thought and he knows it. The fascist ideals are what matters, not the messenger. His backers want someone strong. He isn't it. I'd argue Vance isn't it either but this whole battle for democracy won't ever be really over.
Apparently this was posted and then promptly removed from Xitter, providing something of a link between Miller and Tenet media which takes us in the direction of Russia:
