Give your #retail staff space. They do not have a choice in being there and deserve to be given every chance to not get sick.
Same goes for nurses, doctors, and well anyone else. If they need to to speak up they will ask you.
Also while I am ranting, don’t touch the staff. It is not welcome or wanted. We may be smiling, that is also part of our job not an invitation.
